3-Ingredient Banana Brownies

Whipped up these 3-ingredient banana brownies with the kids – so easy, so fudgy, and totally guilt-free! Topped them with berries and chocolate chips for a fun little treat we all loved

Ingredients:

  • 270 g ripe peeled bananas (2 large or 3 small)
  • 130 g nut butter (about ½ cup almond, peanut, or cashew butter)
  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder (about ⅓ cup)
  • Optional sweetener:
    1 tablespoon maple syrup or
1 teaspoon erythritol (or other granulated sweetener, to taste)

Toppings (optional but delicious!):

  • 100 g berries (about ½ cup, fresh or frozen)
  • 20 g dark chocolate chips (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 20 g chopped nuts (about 2 tablespoons)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 380°F (195°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in nut butter and cocoa powder until you get a thick, smooth batter.
  4. Add sweetener if using, and mix again.
  5. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper (an 8×8 inch pan works well).
  6. Sprinkle with berries, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is firm and a bit cracked.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting… or sneak a warm bite. No judgment 😉
