Ingredients:
- 300 g plain Greek yogurt
- 1 pack sugar-free raspberry jello
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional, for extra boost)
- 200 ml boiling water
- 40 g dark chocolate (about ½ a bar)
- 15 g pistachios (crushed)
- A few frozen or fresh strawberries/raspberries for topping
Method:
- Boil 200 ml of water and dissolve the jello powder in it. Stir well and let it cool until it starts to slightly thicken (but not fully set).
- In a bowl, whip Greek yogurt with a mixer until fluffy.
- Add protein powder and whip again briefly.
- Pour in the cooled jello and mix everything on maximum speed for 1 minute—you want bubbles and fluffiness!
